Yeah, they honestly look better than I was expecting.
But I’m also gonna need them to hopefully stop losing players every game, as at some spots they are on the brink of being in a very bad place. That’s been the biggest negative for me thus far this year

The program gave him a raise and guaranteed every dollar of it at his first sign of success.
He drank himself out of a job and got sideways with money folks.
Whole situation was on him.
The Jimbo thing probably has a couple more years to get moving in the right direction. There's already some highly unhappy money folks - but $75m to walk away is a tough pill to swallow, and he can at least sell folks on most of the high-end talent on the roster being young first and second year guys.
Better find a quarterback - but he put a lot of his good will eggs in the Haynes King basket. Needs Weigman to be the guy, but they may be at a spot now where the pressure turns up to find a real OC.
But I'd say - from a mega high-level, there's still a large contingent that swears by Jimbo and lashes out against any suggestion he's not the guy - still has NATIONAL TITLE MAN and RECRUITING HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER goodwill.

I think they should be fine, secondary hasn’t played anyone obviously but they look good. Sounds like Green is getting NFL looks, and Sanristil looks like a natural at nickel. It still doesn’t look like they know who they want their pass rushers to be but there are some guys with promise there at least.
OL is has been kind of shakey outside of C, tbh. Idk if Maryland has the horses to expose that but PSU might down the road.

As much as I enjoy the Beavers' underdog prowess, I think USC too much. Close game, but SC pulls away late.
