There’s literally not one industry that has been better off by PE entering :lol:. ESPN is gross


It's even crazier that ESPN is bringing this up now when you think of what private equity money has done to sports illustrated in the past week.

They completely stripped it for parts, got rid of almost the entire staff and now with the shell of itself.

I wonder how many (if any) Michigan players leave. Right now if they were to transfer they can’t enroll in classes wherever they go which means they’d miss spring ball and could transfer right after

That's not a rule that's ever really enforced. These kids aren't normal students.
 


Nobody is more committed to not doing anything than Warde Manuel.

A bunch of schools are steadfast on their belief that paying for HS kids is the wrong approach and the NCAA/govt will eventually do something and the schools who have been breaking the rule will end up in a worse position. It's not just Michigan. USC, Bama, until recently Ohio State... All of them have been pressuring the ncaa to make a decision one way or the other.
