nah i only said he doesn't seem happy cause i've seen guys who've been traded go on Twitter with a lil more enthusiasm than "...."

everyone i talk to and other fans reactions is pissed that Devo's gone, thats putting alotta pressure on KAT with the fans right from the jump. he starts out cold or looks bad early the fans are gonna be all over him, we've seen it before. just sucks but whatever , hopefully i'm dead wrong here

Fair assessment. I can’t respect that view. I think Kat is playing with house money since most of us are still of the mindset that Mitch is our guy at that position. Plus, all eyes will be on B&B so the “blame meter” on him will have a buffer for awhile

So exciting about having KAT on our team. We got robbed from NBA lottery. Went from the to fourth overall pick in the KAT lottery result

Thankful to Randle for coming to NY and embraced it

I’m gonna miss Donte for sure. We all know Thibs didn’t play him much in fourth quarters when the squad was healthy

Marcus morris waived; maybe wanted out. A lot of questions with the backup 4/5 spots; only one you can pencil in every night is Precious and you don’t know what your getting every night with Sims

A year or 2 ago: Donte and Randle would be an easy NO for Minny in a trade for KAT. Minny didn’t want to pay that contract in which his stats doesn’t translate to a super max player.

Okeke and Morris were removed cuz they need to sign and trade guys to complete the trade while not giving up rotation players... Similar to the bridges trade which took a while to complete...they better not trade Mitch... He's injury prone but when healthy he is the defensive stopper on the team... He's my favorite player just cuz he's the xfactor on the team... Similar to jrue on the Celtics not the best player on the team but one of the most important...

We rushed this.

This is a 4-5 year window. Would've let these boys play it out for 1 more season before making this type of trade.

My son was quite disappointed. Devo had become his favorite player because of his relentless tenacity on the court and his ability to get the job done without any unnecessary theatrics. He even went as far as pulling up Randle's and KAT's stats since Randle's arrival in New York, and noted that Randle's performance has been fairly consistent and just as good as KAT. In fact, Randle has more All-NBA selections and All-Star appearances than KAT. I tried to tell him to wait and see how things play out, but he wasn't convinced.
