Always expect the unexpected. I bought 2 pairs...1 @ $240 shipped and another $210 locally met up.. I was not planning to double up but I couldn't pass up on that price. If I come across on the low I'll post it here for sure.

Some of the stiffest leather I've ever seen on a AJ1. I actually use the as a motorcycle riding shoe. That thick leather makes great foot protection.

Black/Gum 1s do have some of the stiffest pleather imaginable.
That being said, my foot was run over by a disabled person in a wheelchair while I was wearing them and I didn't feel a thing.

First of all it is the year of the 7s that why the Hares, Bordeauxs, and others are releasing, second, most people use ATCs and Bots to secure releases, I don't I put in the work, I entered raffles at all the stores in my area and when that failed I tried online. Third, the Breds and Royals Retro High OGs released in 2013, why would the release them so soon, as stated before use common sense. Yes, I may not have the money to spend almost $500 on a shoe that is originally $160 but I'm trying to put all my effort into getting them. Why don't you look at yourself and stop ridiculing someone who is in college with minimal disposable income that trys to work for his stuff and more just to put himself through school to provide him and his future family with a better life than he has now...end of rant!

True, its just that I did put in the effort to secure the Chicagos, around our area raffles are kind of shady and the people who work there only pick their friends or family. Also the odds that the Breds or Royals coming back out soon are slim, the only reason the Chicagos are an exception is that they haven't been done with the NA tag since 94. I apologize for taking it that far.
