The Black Toe 1s are significant because of it's legacy being one of the OG colorways of the Air Jordan 1 line and this is the shoe next to the Chicagos and Black and Reds that Jordan was seen wearing in pictures and on the Jumpman picture and tag on the original OG Jordan 1s.  This is my opinion, others may have a different reason.

The resellers are trying the market with these 1s ... FC around $5xx and have seen folks pushing F

i guess sell them while they still have value at that rate. it's gonna go down like the NYs did.

Agreed. Employees said no other flight 23 in LA would have them but as for total pairs idk i think they will restock them throughout the week

The LA 1s look nice but this is just me I feel like if I don't have ties to the city that they were made for I have no reason to secure them.
