I was jokingly referring to the texture of Flyknit, obviously it’s not actually plastic (in the same way that people complain about “cardboard” leather on some releases).

I would not even call that "settle". The RSBB is a fine shoe on its own, the SBB just had more hype. I understand it feels to many as better quality, but looking at resell price, most likely not enough to justify the price difference.

last two days wears. flyknits were comfy all day long. black toes are super soft like chicagos. might be comfiest of all the remastereds

Regret the two times I had the V.2's but got rid of them both instances lol. The tumbled areas were ok but the rest of the materials were stiff and just bad, prob the worst in my collection IMO. Shattered aren't even comparable overall. V2's still do look cool, tho.

Why would you want that? A lot of allure of the SBBs was the 2nd to none materials used, using cheap plastic Flyknit instead depletes the purpose of the fantastic materials used in the SBBs.

Because I can’t afford the resell on the sbb
