I was really hopeful for these Gatorade 1s, probably built them up too much in my mind. Was expecting color-blocking like a Chicago or Carmine; or something like a Black Toe or SBB, but then with Gatorade colors. Maybe having seen the Carmine 6s, I was hoping to see something similar. These uni-tone suede editions are very meh though. I really like both 6s, and the quality seems to be on par. Just had higher hopes for the 1s.
