I picked uo some Mennace stuff today (some of it's actually quite nice considering it's cheap) but the track pants are all ankle swingers.. They reckon it's to do with peeps wanting to flex them sexysocks.. Or something..

This just shows me that JB can give us that OG aesthetic to the T but always opt out of doing that. They can release the rest of the OG run but they opt out of it. They give us shoes with a message but release them in a way that's completely opposite of the message. I'm glad I'm at that point where I'm just about through with sneakers.

Yeah man last 1s I bought were the storm blues and that feels like ten years ago... this endless drought of non-original color, non-tumbled 1s has really hurt these for me honestly and the remaster 1s are/were my favorite retros, it’s just gotten so bad and so out of hand... I would absolutely get the actual neutral greys should they ever release but the better leather used on these Frankenstein things and the larger check is the ultimate, unfortunate slap to the face
