I think you did a decent enough job and those look fine as it. Not worth risking damaging the shoe to remove that small piping. They aren't true Chicago's and you know that but average person you pass on the street will never even notice.

Cp2 next to the royal toes, color isn’t accurate I guess his filter or lighting
