The toe on the Japan’s is blocky. Only complaint about the Silvers.

Dont get defensive. It’s true. I have Silver Japan’s and love them, but the toe is more blocky than your typical High OG. It’s very stiff. Had Navy’s as well and they had the same issue. They won’t break in over time. It’s the way they are constructed, and the stiff nubuck used. The ‘85 toe is going to break in and flatten over time because of their material and structure.

Nice pic. I always dreamed of and looked forward to the day that they retroed these with NA and no Jumpman on the back, but I was not a fan of the stitched on NA. Had they had a traditional, or even leather, tongue tag with NA, they would’ve been a must for me. As they ended up however, I passed.

For what it worth the OG had a stitched Jumpman on the tongue so the stitched NA is only in keeping with how the original was.
