Pics of the 85 Bred look like a GS pair imo based on how small the collar is and it just looks small so hopefully that's why they look off.

It's a size 10 according to the markings inside the collar. Plus, all of the laces holes are there.

Yea a little too pronounced on those '85s. Black and whites are the best '85 shape IMO

I was telling my homie yesterday that this far the 2016 has been my favorite shape of Breds that Ive been able to own.

I still prefer the 2016 shape > 85s.

85s are cool enough but I wouldn't be happy if JB completely did away with OG Highs.

Are these still slated to retail at $250? I haven't been keeping up with the news on this but really lame if they are increasing 85 retro prices 25% from $200 to $250.

I'll probably pass if they're still going for $250, given I have so many 1s in the collection.

They are still definitely slated for $250, every placed that has reported news on these new pictures have stated such that its still being aimed at the $250 price point.

But from what I've heard so far from some "other folk," it seems the Bred 1s are the only 85 Highs that will be at the $250 price point.

The upcoming Reverse Shadow 85 High 1s coming out in the same year are still being rumored to remain at the $200 price point (FOR NOW).

So the extra $50 on top of retail is simply for a more coveted cw?

Honestly, that's super lame but I wonder if this is going to be their new business strategy-charge significantly more (25%) for better cws. I think this is a bad idea because people will slow down on their sneaker purchases as a result.
