Ok, these look much better than I thought. Much better than the Candy Cane pair of 1s that are packed with the Air Ships. Black laces might make them look even better. Still prefer the Banned 1s over these though.

These are the best pics, but I’m still good. Got too many damn Chis and Blk/Reds (and just black and red Jordan’s in general) as it is. Unless it’s an ‘85 rendition of one of those, I’m not getting bamboozled with these shenanigans. They’re cool, but that’s a pass for me. But as always, good luck to those that will be after them.

I’m with you, I need another white/red, black/red Jordan like I need another hole in my head. Barely wear what I got as it is so easy pass, just going to enjoy what I already have in 2020 which is too many anyway.

This all the way. When I see those new black reds I see an easy Bred custom. The hardest part would be to color match the red on the heel. I did it for black whites with the gym red base.




If I did it for those then I can do it for these nu 85's. If I get my hands on the pack I'm making Chi's.

I agree. Time to vault of highs. ANYONE hyped for the OG 85s in 2020, you better save as much $$$$ as you can now. The last time I remember Jb putting the year+OG branding on a shoe, was for the Jordan 3 OG 88s that released years ago-Those were darn near impossible to cop and yea I think Gentry was at the helm when those dropped too.

I called the super-limitedness of the Jordan 1 85s, back in October. I knew Gentry and JB were gonna bust some shenanigans, so a 23,000 pair run isn’t at all surprising to me. JB and Gentry trying to recreate the 2011 Concord hype and get people killed over shoes.

Exactly. That’s really my only issue with these. They’re cool IMO, but I’d also take actual Blk/Reds or Chis over these 10 times out of 10. So I’m good until they do those in this fashion.
