I know I'm in the minority as a fan of the Gold Medals. With that said, it is wiser to wait for a discount since not that many dig them. Planning a Black tongue swap and placing "wires" to resemble C-3PO's exposed core section.

Only recent 97s I’ve paid over $115 for are the blue corduroy joints for obvious reasons. Me personally I love the fact that most 97s can be had for way under retail. I don’t Un-DS for almost a year after release anyway
