If you use a Weber or Weber style grill, I highly recommend using a vortex for wings. You get that crispy grilled wing every time. I let them dry out on a rack in the fridge overnight then an hour before cooking I’ll cost them in ~4:1 rub:corn starch. Then I cook indirect on a Kamado for an hour at around 400. Yeah I have a Weber Kettle and a Weber gas grill. I saw that vortex thing before. Might look into it
