Got a similar letter years a couple of years ago. Thing is I can’t remember if I cashed out or not. If I did shouldn’t haveMy phone broke with all the 2FA keys the various site I used to have Crypto and then some close. I just took the L and kept it moving.
But today one of the sites I had Crypto sent me this.
Had aboutn20 LTC and some XRP.

Metamask is just the wallet so it's not the problem. It's just the price for processing transactions on Etheruem that's the problem.
When you need to interact with anything that has a smart contract like Uniswap or to stake tokens then you get slapped by gas fees everytime.
