It's impossible for me to get get them grant me a full upgrade for the 8900 with 5 months left on my contract, keep in mind i've had accounts with themfor almost 10 years and i have 4 lines

I threatened to cancel and they said ok no problem we'll transfer you to account specialist, they wont budge over 200 effing dollars !!!!

I even called Executive Customer Care, which is the super small exclusive department of people who work right under the president of TMO, and they told me tobasically F off you're not getting a full upgrade no matter what you say

I said " You're literally, willing to throw away an account of 10 years over a $200 discount in which I would get anyways in 5 months ? "

No because it's a $200 cancellation fee per line = $800 and at that point I should just pay the extra 200 for the phone

ILLIONAIRE, you won't be disappointed w/ the 8900.

u using windows i assume...just go my computer and you should see a drive open for your BB, just open it and select the folder u want ur files to be locatedin then just drag ur files to that folder ..

I just ordered a complete black bezel from Berry Mods and a red battery door from ebay for my Bold. I'll post pics once I get the items and complete myBold. Gotta get rid of this bezel with the ugly knick on it. The bezel was only $30 and the battery door was $21. Not a bad deal.

The insurance also covers damaged fees. If you can break it, then you should be fine.
