The delay is related to the residue found on the court. Apparently some kind of "film" was found on the floor surface, maybe from a floor cleaner but no one knows for sure the source of the film. They've tried a few things to remedy the situation and they're saying the floor is pretty good, but no action as of yet.

Very little communication between the stadium officials and the NBA officials.

The stadium announcer just announced there will be an update in 15 minutes.

Sixers CEO Scott O'Neill is saying a cancellation/PPD is 'likely'.

If the game is postponed the league will reschedule the game for later in the season when the Kings come to the east for a 7 game road trip.

So, if you rostered anyone from this game, you're likely SOL.
