I'm not in disagreement with any of this. (although I'm not one of these Future hive dudes, he has stuff I do enjoy)
My initial comment was just the observation that I've seen that NY...specifically Brooklyn goes hard for dude even if they know he's wack and it's because they WANT him to win because NY feels like they need "wins". Im basing that off an offline real conversations in Brooklyn (i live there but not from there) and I what I see in this thread. In comparison...I know major rappers from other major cities where they don't get that same sort of grassroots blind support.
Wale in DC is one. Detroit and Big Sean is another. I know ALOT of ppl from Detroit that absolutely hate Big Sean
