game coming correct with this project so far

I have a feeling the album is gonna look like a DJ Khaled compilation cd with all the features

All the features make me a little nervous too, but one thing with Game is his albums are always consistent so I'll let his catalog so far not get me too worried about it.

Glad he somewhat shot down the Cash Money rumor. I'd like to see him go Indy.

Game Says That Rick Ross Is Interested In Signing Him To Maybach Music Group

Game says that he's also been in contact with Cash Money Records.

Game is on his last album for his five-album contract with Interscope Records, with plans to drop Jesus Piece on December 11th. Once the project hits stores, the West Coast rapper will finally be a free agent.

Speaking with MTV's RapFix Live, he said that Rick Ross is now interested in signing him to Maybach Music Group, and that he's been in contact with Cash Money Records.

"This is my last studio album for Interscope," he said. "I talked to Ross the other day — shout-out to MMG, Wale and Meek Mill, they started off the MMG Tour in Penn State. I rocked with 'em onstage and I was talking to Ross, and Ross was like, 'What's up with that last album?' And I'm like, 'You know, it's the last album.' And he was like, 'Nah, never mind, Jimmy ain't gon' let you go.' So that and talking to [Cash Money's] Baby and [Lil Wayne] two times a week, you know, it's cool. I kinda feel like a little free agent in the league real quick."

He said that he's entertained the idea of releasing music independently, but that he hasn't made any decisions just yet.

"I been waking up for the last week and just thinking about my own independent grind. I got enough fans to push it. I know if I need media coverage, I got real friends, but I'm just gonna ride it out with Interscope and stay loyal to them and really get this Jesus Piece album going and then make my decision later on."

With or without Game signing, the entire MMG roster looks like a bunch of dudes who would never actually be seen with each other. Ross & French and Ross & Nipsey Hussle have the most chemistry together, and Nipsey's not even officially a member

Beat goes.

Song is weird tho. Why is Game trying to sound like Future on the hook, and Future is spitting a verse? :lol

Dude needs to get back to that West Coast sound.

Game ignited a firestorm of controversy with the deluxe cover for Jesus Piece, which featured a portrait of a tatted Jesus wearing a bandana and Jesus piece chain. But the Compton rapper takes a different approach with the standard cover, paying tribute to his late brother.

The black-and-white artwork features a picture of Jevon Danell Taylor with the words “In Loving Memory Of…” above it. Jevon was only 21 when he was shot at a gas station over a fight about a girl. Game reflected on losing his older brother in a previous interview with MTV News.

“I remember going to the hospital, Martin Luther King right here in Compton,” he recalled. “We went to the hospital to see my brother and I was crying. I was 13 years old, frightened, thought I was going to lose my brother. He was just so alive and so strong and he was like, ‘Yeah, when I get out of here we gonna spend so much time together and it’s gonna be me and you and Fase. We gonna do it right like real brothers supposed to do.’”

Due December 11, the star-studded Jesus Piece features the single “Celebration,” plus appearances from J. Cole, Young Jeezy, Future, Trey Songz, Kanye West, and more.

I respect the "in loving memory of" cover way more than the other cover..

:lol How long you been listening to Game?? He's always done that. He's like Soulja Boy when it comes to mimicking other artists, but ironically he ends up sounding better than the artist whose flow/style he's jacking.

when he jacked jeezy's style on paramedics last year I was very impressed. Game's verse was dope.

Been listening since just before The Documentary. He really only started doing that in the past 2-3 years.
