I'd pay to put music from my pc to a custom GTA V radio station tbh.

The thought of having a radio station with just a bunch of Future bangers

I wonder how hard it could really be to do? I remember back in the day that game true crime streets of la had the option to listen to my own music saved on my Xbox
 
I mean you can still do that. It just wont be through the in-game radio.

For Macs there are programs where you can stream directly from your Macbook to your Xbox.

There are headsets out there that can use Bluetooth to connect the headset to your computer or phone. You can take calls and listen to music.

Or you can run an audio splitter.

seriously... just turne off the radio in your virtual car and turn on the radio in your (real) house... it'll even sound better.
