Tonight was the 2nd time in franchise history the Penguins won giving up 7 goals. The first time was 1988 when they beat Washington 8-7.

Islanders must have been team tankMonday:
- Isles shutout the Bruins 4-0
Tuesday:
- Bruins get the day off. Practice cancelled.
- Isles fire their HC
makes sense
I wonder if Garth Snow is next on the chopping blockI really though Capuano was getting fired years ago
Cody Eakin's two career fights are against Jarome Iginla and a guy who has 3-4" and 40 pounds on him
And Kreider hit him with his own helmet in tonight's fight
Rangers have Kreider out there doing dirty work Pathetic. No knock on Kreider, but that shouldn't be his job. If Alain Vigneault's goal was to have a soft team, mission accomplished.

Dylan Mcilrath was the last enforcer on this team, but AV didn't like him and rarely played him as a result. And yes, this Rangers team is soft. When Henrik was taken out in Dallas NO ONE dropped the gloves or came to his defense. That's representative of the culture Vigneault has brought with him. That wouldn't have flown under Torts.
