I honestly never heard of Kevin Klein but neither do I care for/pay attention to nashville.. but i read hes a rock on the defensive end. DFD.

Sather fleeced Poile on that one. Klein will be Girardi's replacement if they move him at the deadline. And quite honestly there isn't very much difference between the two. More mobile/ little less physical than Girardi.

I hope most NYR fans also concede AV didn't utilize MDZ properly.

He's 23 and I have faith he can channel some of his 2011 production in the future.

Did del Zotto have potential? Sure. But he had one good season. Was time to cut ties. Especially considering he was quick in AV's doghouse.

He's big, tough. Bruiser, fighter. Brings physical presence, intimidation, and toughness.

Uncertain of his ceiling.

Vaignault did the same in Vancouver with Cody Hodgson. Didn't trust him defensively so he never got the playing time he probably should have.

Granted he and Kassian being traded put them both in better situations and partially addressed the Canucks need for some toughness...
