OFFICIAL HOMELAND Thread | FINAL SEASON

^ Damn, I don't remember the Russian dude. Need to review it!

And for the first time, I heard Wellington's accent go off... could hear the actor's English accent creeping out.

Best pic I could find.

He's the guy that sneaks in to the ER/hospital and takes a pic of the boy who got shot by the FBI while he was unconscious and sends it in to social media declaring him dead which in result led to his father murdering the FBI agent they captured (and who I think shot the kid and his dog).

It was only one 2 min scene I think. Easy to miss.

All in episode 4; Like Bad at Things

My bad... I meant Saul's Russian friend, Ivan... who, I guess, was living under witness protection.

Oh well he's the dude from last season who was handler of the chick Saulw as banging who was a CIA agent spying for the Russians.

Gotta give it to Claire as an actor

When she does that shocked mind blown troubled face with the quivering bottom lip and tears in her eyes

Carrie has NO CHILL. Can't listen to Saul's advice at all.

^ Yep, was thinking the same... that scene with Saul... Claire was so good. From confusion, to realization, to rage.

That bit at the end... I was expecting her to search Dante's house alone... then when she opened the door, I expected Max... then her whole crew shows up!

And Oleg... he really is the Russian!

wait so theres another russian mole in us govt?

who was the woman oleg went to see to set the meeting with the russian guy who took the picture?

Homeland's new russian baddie Yevgeny Gromov is the same actor from The Americans Oleg Burov... His real name is Costa Ronin. :smokin

This Sunday's ep was one of the best ever... In fact this season is shaping up to be possibly one of the best if not the best. That will be determined on how it ends.

When Saul drops science about Dante manipulating her, Carrie's face/reaction was gold. What a phenomenal actress. Saul is such the thinker while Carrie is just a hard charging battle ram or the tip of the spear.

So once again, Carrie is knowingly involved with a traitor to the U.S. :lol

Carrie's hopeless. Storms out her sisters with nowhere to go.

:rollin @ getting nailed while smashing.

Carrie's irrational behavior is down to her condition, no?

But did she really want to get involved or was it part of her plan to not let Dante get suspicious? She doesn't know that he's onto her, of course.

"Don't."

I feel like since the ex reported back to Dante about meeting with someone asking about him Carrie was pressured in to smashing so he wouldn't catch on to what she was really doing.

Although, he could've known since they drugged him and just wanted to smash to get something out of it :lol

We'll know next week.

The fact she was still going while Dante was asking her about his ex  Sheeesh, how long had it been.

 @ getting nailed while smashing.

:smh:

Carrie doesn’t wanna lose her daughter but makes no effort on being a good mom  :smh:

She's a horrible mom. Not just don't talk to strangers, move in with them.

Look on Saul face at the end :rofl:

Ep was good

Disappointed once again

Good question...

It's weird that Virgil only appeared in scattered episodes over 3 seasons... yet we keep mentioning him.

Iirc, Virgil and Carrie had a big falling out over her psychotic behavior and he just dipped on her while Max stood by her after the whole Brody thing was wrapped up.

In real life, the actor left the show.

I don’t even think it’s that. Her mental condition probably gives her a 1 track mind. She’d never be at peace until this Dante/Simone situation was completely figured out.

I mean we have like 4 seaons of irrefutable proof. Remember she tried to dump the kid off on her dad before he died

Another great ep... Each character on this show is kinda blinded by their own truths. I love how this season is showing how social media is so inescapable in the world & how people can run with half truths if it fits their dogma. It’s comment on modern day politics has been really good given how outlandish previous seasons have been. Gansa & his crew olhave orchestrated a very deft touch so far this season. Kudos to him & the show...
