OFFICIAL INSANITY THREAD: Week By Week Workout Results

I'm starting the program this Monday and I'm really looking forward to dive into it. I'm definitely not in the greatest of shapes, but I hope that this really changes my outlook.

Any tips/recommendations on what I need to get through the whole thing?

Just copped Insanity Asylum off torrents. I was browsing the videos and it looks CRAZY! Makes insanity look easy.

Shaun T got more ripped too. If you play sports, Asylum is a must. Gonna start throwing in the Asylum Plyo workouts in my mix of workouts.

My first 2 weeks, I lost 13lbs. So I can definitely see that being possible. But I guarantee they put some of that weight back on, after the 3rd or 4th week.

the best advice i can give is to pace yourself...start out doing the movements really slow if you are out of shape...if you go to fast you will burn out quick or throw up
if you pace yourself you will be stronger by week 2...then you can go a lil bit faster...and faster the week after that

I am currently on week 2 of my second round. I took a week and a few days off and still had to pace my self last week again to build up my cardio again. My muscles feel stronger than the first round though.

So recently the arch on my right foot has started to get stiff and uncomfortable might be the shoes? I'm using nike free trainers, any recommendations on decent shoes for this?
