I wanted this jacket too since it looks

For one thing, it's very losefitting (especially for an A&F product) and second the length of the main part of the jacket sits below the waist. I wanted something shorter that wouldactually go around my waist. Try it first in-store but I'm staying away from it.

Not sure exactly, but it looks like BBC.
That's a Moncler. Cost a lot and not exactly sure if they keep you warm enough.
