Yes, it's true. Something about not being able to validate them over the phone? Perhaps someone else can elaborate because I don't get the fullreasoning, either.

^^^Pigeon Forge only has sizes 7.5-8.5 and Kissimmee size 8 only........or so I was told

Cicero I started callin at that same time (CST also); I was informed they will start phone orders early to avoid a major phone rush when they open....

Not true at all. I've used gift cards at multiple outlets on the phone. This was within the last few months.

I searched online for the store hours for Pigeon Forge and it showed they open at 10AM Central time. I called 11:30AM Eastern time and mostly all sizes weresold out. The biggest size they have now is 8.5
