The back heel panels on my BLs were crooked as all hell. Thankfully those scratch marks don't exactly look symmetrical anyways so you don't notice.

Got my shirt today, much nicer in person

First pair I got was like that but had other issues.  The outsole was glued on way crooked and there were white glue streaks on the outside of one of the shoes.  Horrible.  I took them right back and got a better pair.  It was pain-free but the sales assoc. said "they're not that bad."  Sure, buddy.  The outsole is way crooked, slanted, and the whole shoe was lower than the other.  Ha ha.
