I would find it weird if he didn't. This was before DNA testing and all the scientific marvels we have today. They had to be more hands on at the crime scene. After regular fingerprints, that was all they could do.

I understand all of that.
I was moreso referring to the fact that Cole wasn't wearing gloves when he was examining evidence thereby contaminating it with his fingerprints.

You notice any lag or frame rate issues so far while playing it?
People on some of the fan sites who have the game already are saying there is some lag during gun fight scenes.
