^ Like I've said before, as a Yankee hater, I just have to shrug my shoulders.
I don't say nothing about the Yankees in the Yankee threads until they do something like lose to the Indians 22-0 or let a dude on my team hit 'em up for 10 RBI, stuff like that.

40 points and Kobe moves into 9th all time scoring list. By seasons end (barring injury) he should be in 6th right behind, you guessed it, Shaq.
And btw, people should REALLY be giving credit to Kobe for the way he handles things media related/Phil, etc etc. He said point blank, yes, I screwed up, I tried something, it didn't work, my bad. I take the blame. He didn't care what Phil said, he knew where Phil was comin from, he dealt with it and moved on along to the next game.
I know other guys in this league that would fall apart at the seams if their coach ever said anything even remotely close to negative against their game. Not naming any names though, that's my decision to do so.

I would have been a fan this whole time if that were the case.
Suffice it to say, I'm a fan of #24. It's just that my antipathy towards #8 is so strong that I still have no Kobe jerseys, #8 or #24.
Seriously considering getting a #10, though.
