A distraction to Kobe's diva personality, work ethic, leadership, and overall willingness to win. Both Lamar and Ron now have reality shows. Ron is changing his name and is more interested in doing philanthropy than playing basketball. Good for him but bad for the team. When will the Lakers have a first round pick? Mitch keeps trading away first round pick for garbage. I guess he got overconfident when the Grizz gifted him Gasol.

What do you expect when the Lakers have been over the salary cap & have being paying the luxury tax for years?
Jerry & Jim Buss have been telling him to trim the fat and that's why guys like Sasha was traded for Joe Smith last year. Also 2nd round picks are non guaranteed contracts.
