Official Mitchell and Ness Thread: Jerseys, Hats, Shirts, Shorts, Questions POST EM UP

They shot this on 116th and Lex in East Harlem. Surreal they choose that spot to shoot.

Thanks for recognizing that because I didn't know where that location was. But I had a feeling it was somewhere on the east coast.

My OCD is triggered because that patch features the modern day logo as well, not the 1981 logo. Why they added this patch makes no sense. They can do this but cant reissue the Icky Woods Bengals jersey smh

It really makes no sense because it's absolutely backwards. It truly defeats the purpose of what the concept of an authentic jersey is by adding a patch that is clearly out of the timeline with that specific jersey.

It's similar to when stores or eBay sellers try to sell contemporary authentic jerseys that are customized with the names and numbers in the current font style of a star from a bygone era.

Like I recall in 2004 when some dope on eBay tried to sell 2000s-style Falcons jerseys customized with Deion Sanders & Brett Favre in the font style for that jersey.

Or in 2001 when the Fannz in Fox Hills Mall tried to sell 2000s-style Lakers jerseys customized with Magic Johnson & Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the font style for that jersey. I think they even had a customized James Worthy in that style. They eventually stopped selling them because someone in management at that store acknowledged they were told to stop selling those inaccurate jerseys. I'm positive it stemmed from them selling the names of former players inaccurately customized on jerseys they never had an agreement with.

Guys I have a story to tell. I received $183 in Fan Cash from previous order (30% fan cash), stacked a 30% code on 2007 Kobe ($300), and came out to be $34 after shipping/handling no tax. Used Honey shopping app and generated the following: 5% cash back--$10.49 and additional $48 cash back. $58.50 > $34, so I made almost $25. Also, $2.46 fan cash generated. 🥷

I had one of those Deion Sanders 2000s style Falcons jerseys and ended up giving it away, I got it for free when I bought a 1996 50th anniversary AI jersey. I really hate historical inaccuracies on jerseys for retired players. They dont make throwback authentics often and commemorative jerseys like that should be a swingman

I think the best deal for the bstn sale is the 96 mj asg jersey at $200.

I've seen it go once at 50% off. However, the sizes were extremely limited and it sold out asap.

My Clutch City Olajuwon finally shipped from the Labor Day sale. Just waiting my shorts to ship now.

I bought my 96 mj asg jersey from the NBA store Australia for $150 total shipped to the US months ago. At that price it obviously sold out fast. $200 is the 2nd cheapest price Ive seen for this jersey.

Can I have an LC please
