I know they make the ~04 Knicks shorts in the St. Patty’s Day colors but did they ever make the regular road blue’s? While I’d normally find that hard to believe, I wouldn’t be surprised neither if they didn’t.

You should always have immediate skepticism if a seller uses a stock photo instead of an actual photo with their listing on eBay. Most of them are trying to conceal they're selling a fake that way.
But some do sell legitimate stuff despite using a stock photo. You can ask the seller to provide some actual photos via private messages. If they take the time to provide the requested photos, then you can make an assessment using those as reference.
