I wonder why Jeffersons is so inconsistent. I ordered 6 things from them last year during holiday season which would be the highest risk of them messing up the order. But I got every single piece along with some free gifts. I would think that a business that's fairly established would have their process in place.

Well ordered from them twice. Once was fine. 2nd time terrible.

Same run around for a month. Filed a claim and they promised me shipping. Waited another 2 weeks. Nothing. Just gave up and got my refund.

Well I went ahead and ordered some AS 96 shorts from jeffersons..ordered last week on Monday and just received shipping not too long ago. Hopefully my order is what I purchased when I receive.
