Kawajiri's a tough dude.  Once Aoki started cranking on that ankle he had to tap.  Melendez would beat him again though.

yeah, especially if aoki is pissed at you.  he'll snap one of your limbs.  

he's the opposite of gsp when he has someone in a sub.

Some Japanese fighters have too much pride for their own good. They wait entirely too long to tap, it's their fault when things break. i didn't feel an ounce of remorse when I watched Aoki.

I'm sure it wasn't a pride thing with Kawajiri, he's tapped before.  He's a tough guy and a good grappler.  He just wanted to keep fighting it and try to get out.  When Aoki started getting kicked in the face, then he decided to crank it and end the fight.

Anyone seriously think Sonnen has a chance against Anderson Silva? I forsee another disco dance, with it ending in the 2nd Round via Knee to the Head KO.

I'm guna call it though, Sonnen will shoot and stay on all fours for a little so he doesn't get kicked in the head by Anderson on the way up. Hope the refs warn him about playing games like the others have said before.

If Toney lands any crisp punches with the those gloves the only place it's gonna go is with his hand raised and Randy needing to get rushed to the hospital. That is if Toney is able to land any clean punches.
