Turns out Aceves was a Bulls fan growing up. He liked Rodman so that's why he wears his #91.

His nicknames in México are Shely and Patón; the latter means Large Feet in Spanish.

He wears # 91 because growing up, he and his friends were huge Chicago Bulls fans. While they admired Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, his favorite player was Dennis Rodman.
