They need to stop allowing defenders to go under players when they're right about to leave their feet.. Thats not defense

If a defender is there BEFORE the player starts his shot, that's fine. But still moving while a defender is in the middle on his shot is not an offensive foul. That was just a momentum call, and one the ref didn't make right.
