If you're a PG who doesn't shoot 95% from the FT line you're trash. How can you be trusted to hold a lead in the last 2 minutes

And I think that anyone who has every seriously played basketball wouldn't be saying the kind of things you're saying about LeBron's performance. Anyone who really plays would know that the game winning shot wasn't like making a lay-up in warm ups. LeBron had to get open, immediately read the defense, make a decisive, quick move and finish the lay up. That's not easy to do, especially in 2.2 seconds, when a playoff game hangs in the balance.

I said i expect pg to rack up at least 9 assists because pg suppose to looking to pass and find his teammate. But i can't blame them if they don't get the assists because their teammates sucks. You only get an assist if your teammate make the shot.

Even under his own logic, that players aren't impressive if they fulfill the duties of their role, it's impressive that Lebron does it all That's the point some of us keep making. He's not just a playmaker who had 10 assists, he's doing that plus filling the role of a forward and getting rebounds, THEN he's making defensive plays with 3 blocks, and then he's scoring 30 points on 50% shooting as a perimeter player. That, by the very definition of the word, is impressive.

BTW.

There is no way a point guard's team is going to be shooting high percentage every game so he at least puts up 9-12 assists a game. Being a great point guard isn't just about racking up the assists. They can make plenty of plays that results in another teammate getting an assist.

lol what? you just made it sound 100x harder than what it was. Every single NBA PG/SG/SF can do that. I sure as hell hope most D1 athletes can as well.

Most people who play any type of competitive basketball can "pivot and take on dribble and be at the rim and finish with your left starting from 22 feet in 2 seconds"

On an empty court? Sure. But I could guarantee you someone like Ray Allen or Shane Battier have 0% chance of executing it in a game situation, I've seen them stumble with choppy footwork and miss enough layups this year. And they're actually good NBA players. This is also leaving out the part where you have to separate from the 6'8 guy chasing you.

Overly difficult? No, not at that size. Jeff Green had a similar game winner this year. But no skill? no.
