^ honestly tho, the spurs are the better match up for the heat

They have the bigs, coaching, and most importantly they have someone who wont make it too easy for lebron
Miami's issues have always been with the bigs. Guys who can legitimately score and defend in the paint, not stretch 4's or 5's. Pop is a hell of coach, but I think Spo can do work too. I believe Miami is one the few teams that could lock up Parker and that's the key IMO to stopping the Spurs. Memphis had it right with Allen on him, just as OKC did last year with Thabo, but that removed an option for scoring in Bayless.

I really believe if it was grizz vs heat Lebron would deny Z-BO and its not like marc gasol is that aggressive

Also despite being named Dpoy he cant protect the rim as good as Duncan

why wouldnt he be already...he is more consistent, the best at his position...Hell he was the best at his position pretty much all of his career. Same cant be said about kobe...sure if you throw in commercialization/controversy/mass appeal...and other off court attributes no question he should be ahead of duncan. But from a strictly on court assessment, Duncan is ahead...hell even shaq is ahead. Some may say no...but did he not dominant at his position for most of his career? Wasnt he arguable the best center of the league for a strong decade? Wasnt he the key/primary reason for 3 championships? Was he not clear cut the best at his position...(some may say yao, but lets be honest thats just racially bias, and the fact he was a rare find)

This cannot be said about kobe, at one point you couldve made an argument about tmac and ai...or at the very least a close second. Sure you had your rasheed, kg, and cwebb...but duncan time and time again proved he was head and shoulders above the rest.

Kobe is top 5 all time while Tim Duncan is merely top 10 ten all time. Kobe is the 2nd best player at his position all time behind the greatest player to ever play the game. Tim Duncan doesn't have to compete with the greatest player ever at his position. Your logic is extremely flawed and silly.

Kobe is top 5 ever? Top 5 !?!?!

I like Kobe but its some serious company there, although Kobe is certainly the 2nd best SG to play.

It's pretty hard comparing a guard with a PF/C. If Duncan leads his team to a Chip this year it will be amazing in its own

I'd take a prime Duncan or prime Shaq over Kobe *shrugs

Why you shruggin boy say it with yo chest

If you feel certain people are better than others say so

I would disagree with you but prime shaq is too dominant idk about a prime Duncan

So if Wade gets fined, will Stevenson get fined for his flop also? Cause it seems like he took a bad angle like Lebron when Tyson Chandler grazed him and Lebron threw his head back

Dude, Larry Bird was no joke.
Who said Bird was joke? You're right, he was no joke but he's not better than Kobe. Neither is Shaq or Duncan. I don't base my opinion on prime years only. I'm basing my opinion on their entire careers. Kobe had some crazy prime years wasted on a ****** team. He's still managed to make it to the finals 7 times.
