Unfortunately, I think lowering the count even further wouldn't make college any better. The pace of a game with a 24-second clock is too fast for college players (as a whole).

Charlotte was basura but celtics did pull it together in the 4th. I think if it was the bucks, cavs, raptors, pacers, hawks, sixers, heat, knicks, sparks it would been a easy dub.
