Steve Nash-led offenses were the best in the league for 9 years in a row. But yeah, it’s hard to see what all the hype was about.

I don't fear these numbers though.

Carmelo Anthony is extremely inefficient. This is the problem. **** the ball movement, whether he's starting or not, etc. 18 points on 16 shots and he's a below average 3 point shooter.

He only knows how to play one way...and that skill is diminishing the older he gets. His legs are starting to fade. His splits are getting worse as the season progresses. The pipe dream of Olympic Melo who's catching and shooting was just that....a pipe dream.

Pairing him with a high usage player who also only knows how to play one way in Westbrook, and another guy who needs to touch the basketball in PG...and you get the disaster you see now.

Suns won 62 games in 05, like a billion game turnaround

Suns won 55 games the next season with Amare missing basically the entire year iirc

How tf did nash not deserve either of these MVPs :lol :lol especially 06. NBA has a ton of dumb arbitrary rules, but the 50 win rule was a good one.

i think olympic melo could've worked with cp3 and harden still, for what it's worth. russ tho? naa

btw i think rose is the worst MVP ever, at least in the past decade. sue me

CP at 15/5/10 on 46/40/86 in only 30 min a night?

Sheesh. When is bro going to decline? 6ft pgs aren't supposed to be this good in their age 33 season man.

What's most impressive is that his % of attempts at the rim are the highest it's been in like 7 years.

How can the best player on a 62 WIN TEAM be the worst MVP ever

other people had valid cases but he surely deserved it.

Because even though Rose was the primary scorer for that team, he wasn't the reason they won 62 games by a long shot. He basically won that award because they wanted to reward the team.

2011 Rose retroactively gets crazy disrespect.

25/8/5 as the #1 option on a 62win ECF team that wasn’t projected there...with Carlos Boozer as the 2nd option (no slight to Cbooz, he was the goods).

What people fail to realize how they try to argue that should’ve been Brons mvp was that....Miami stumbled out to a poor record that season....and finished with the #2 seed....Well behind a surprise Chicago team.

Rose was def deserving.

This is really all irrelevant. They were the best team in the east, and he was the best player on the team, it's really that simple :lol

NO ONE expected the bulls to be that good that year, especially with bron and bosh hitting Miami.

He averaged 25 a game on a 62 win team. The gymnastics that people go through to say he didn't deserve that MVP is INSANE.
