I'm talking about as a perimeter shooter.

Embiid is a beast inside the arc. Eventually, defenders will stop jumping on his pump fakes from beyond the arc & live with a 29% 3PT shooter taking the shot.

Did you know he played 31 games last season? He had two fluke months shooting 50% then was trash for an average of 37% and he's below 30% for this year.. There's a lot more evidence to suggest you do not need to contest his 3 ball. He can hurt you in a lot of ways but not from 3

They've already learned this to a certain extent compared to last year, defenders would jump every time. Defenders this year bite maybe one out of every 6 to 7 pump fakes. He just does it so often, they are bound to bite once.

Embiid has destroyed every big in the league. Drummond, Adams, hell KAT didn’t even want to guard him. He has no flaws

Being a threat and being a three point shooter aren’t the same thing. If he knocks down one trailing 3 a game, that’s enough for bigs who are programmed to protect the paint to bite and eventually he draws a foul or finishes.

The point isn't about overall talent it's about both being a "threat" from three point range, if Embiid is a threat then Draymond is also and a more lethal one at that because he infinitely better at passing & creating for others.

Dig deeper and you’ll see that be shot 50% from there in his first month ever, 30% month after that, then 32% before they shut him down for the rest of the year.

Now thru half the season this year and he’s at 30%.

So he has exactly one month where he wasn’t building homes from out there.

No. Draymond isn’t a threat b/c he’s the 4th option on the scouting report and his offense is dependent on others. And like I said previously, Draymond is being guarded by 4s. They are conditioned to contain the 3 pt line. Centers aren’t. Embiid can go 0-3 and it’s still gravy. Draymond goes 0-4 and he hurts the team
