Seems like from the end of the season to now, the Ayton hype has grown exponentially. He may never be a good defensive player in the league. Thinking Doncic or Bagley would be bad picks at 1 is ridiculous to me.

Hell no. Much higher effort player. Bigger, stronger, built like a damn young David Robinson. And he can actually shoot the ball. Okafor just about refuses to shoot anything outside the paint.

nah he has a much better motor and waaaaay more range.
plus he's like 7'3 or whatever. jahlil like what 6'11 on a good day?
both are sieves defensively and probably even in the rebounding aspect (ayton better rebounder though) but at least ayton has length to affect shots
the way he runs tho... i could see him getting injured often
