When was it confirmed that Lebron had a GM-like role? Thought that was just a narrative people ran with..
When he got the #1 pick Andrew Wiggins traded for Kevin Love

Also when TT and JR got bags

If he ends up on Houston or Boston he won't be able to have as much pull. With Philly, and with Colangelo now out I think there's some potential for him to go in and start trading folks, namely Fultz

Can't wait til he leaves though, going to look back at everyone who scoffed at the idea of him leaving Cleveland again

i think lebron ends up in houston, or makes some calls to some other FAs and plays for another team with players XYZ

Got excited thinking FIBA was this summer but it's next year :{ :lol

Thought it was always 2 years before the next Olympics.

Bron, George, Cousins and Melo need to have a meeting and agree to take pay cuts to play together. For the culture!

LMAO, I literally wouldn't take a Melo for free on my team. I don't think any Championship Contender would. He still thinks This is 2012 and he's a top-10 player. He plays no defense, can't hit 3s, jacks up awful shots and is a ball stopper.

He's shown consistently throughout his career that he only cares about money and getting his shots.

Where is this Man going?

He really should. If he's serious about wanting to win another chip and not chase stats, he should.

I'm not the biggest bron fan or hater, he's right in the middle with me, and he's great...but I've come around on the whole stat padding, big russ thing with him. (Although he's in another stratosphere as a player in all aspects)

You really can't have a player in today's NBA playing 40 minutes a night, dominating the ball, standing and not moving when he doesn't have it, and not playing defense the way Lebron does and expect to win. He gets away with it because of inferior competition but he'll never come close to winning a chip again IMO unless he actually employs a more team centric brand of play.

Granted roster / organizational construction played a role in how he played and moved in Cleveland, (he played a part in this though) so hopefully wherever he goes next is a team where he doesn't play 40 minutes a night hijacking the ball and running up his stats and is actually playing for chips instead. The Warriors are the warriors so it's not like LBJ changing would mean an auto chip for him, but stylistically in 2018 it gets you closer to the warriors, especially if he goes a team like Houston or Philly where he doesn't need to hijack the team the way he did in Cleveland.
A lot of how he played this year was a function of not having Kyrie. Usage rate obviously isn't a be-all-end-all stat, but this is how they've looked in these past few years...

2016
LeBron: Regular Season- 31.4%, Playoffs- 30.7%
Kyrie: Regular Season- 29.5%, Playoffs- 30.4%
Love: Regular Season- 23.4%, Playoffs- 22.5%

2017
LeBron: Regular Season- 30%, Playoffs- 31.6%
Kyrie: Regular Season- 30.8%, Playoffs- 31.1%
Love: Regular Season- 26.4%, Playoffs- 21.8%

2018
LeBron: Regular Season- 31.6%, Playoffs- 35%
Love: Regular Season- 25.1%, Playoffs- 24.3%
Hill: Regular Season- 15.4%, Playoffs- 14.6%

Bron and Kyrie were basically equal in usage when they were together and the offense ran significantly more smoothly. Defense has always been an issue for the Cavs, but at least the offense was clicking with those two leading the way. This year's team was completely reliant on LeBron orchestrating the entire offense, and them being able to knock down 3s, which simply didn't happen in the Finals this year. Pieces like JR/TT/Korver are definitely still there because of LeBron, and that has hurt the team. Would've been interested to see how a different GM would've handled some of those contracts, especially coming off a championship win.

He really just needs to be alongside another guard/wing creator that can take some of that load off of him and then have a better 3-8 supporting cast than he had this year, which shouldn't be too hard for him to find.

The real question for sixers fans. If LeBron goes to Philly, does he need to red shirt his first year? To keep up with tradition of course.

Lue needs to be fired for failing to get the cavs on the same page defensively for 2 years straight.

What’s he supposed to when all the players aren’t good at playing defense and the best player on the team chooses when to play defense
The man had health flare ups This year cause of lebronitis

Multiple finals appearances and the most recent one was with an overhauled roster coming mid season.

But yeah he’ll be a fall guy

Lue was a figurehead anyway. He wasn’t coaching.

lebron kawhi pg would be the ideal scenario for a championship team there. Idk whod have the $ for that but I would like to see bron and kawhi in Miami if possible.

whats he supposed to do? he's supposed to coach! JR was a good defender, TT was a good defender, hill was a good defender and so was lebron. but not only that. schematically, they just werent on the same page

Finna be his 16th season and NBA players still begging the GOAT to join their teams. Bron turning these dudes into thots :lol

Every team in the league would’ve wanted Jordan even when he came back on the Wizards at like 40 years old
