I hear what he's saying though. Trevor lost his brother 13 years ago when he was 8 yrs old.

It's definitely a sad story. But the fact that it was so long ago makes me wonder if ABC was just using this tale to pull at the heart strings.

And that's no disrespect to Trevor at all.
