If they consider that to be a solid deal, imagine what they would say about a Marc, OJ, picks, DA package. Hell, take DA out and put in Sam. Unless they are unloading Gilbert in that deal, there's no point in having Monta, Gilbert, Nelson, JJ, etc.

S&T Marc, OJ, Sam, future picks for Dwight and Turk. If they really want DA, I'll put him in. No way I'm turning down getting a top 5 player in the league to pair up with Gay and Zbo. Major contenders for the next 4-5 years easily.

So, basically we are eliminating any team that's not LAL, MIA, CHI, NYK and NJ?

 Whoever gets him needs to have a better team than his current team. It'll be kinda stupid for him to get traded and be in the same exact situation he's in now. Also, how dumb would it be for him to leave if Memphis wins a championship with him in his last year? He's going to be the man of the team, get his money and possibly have a better or equal chance at a ring.

If I'm the Hawks I say trade Josh Smith for a true center and a scorer off the bench. Josh Smith has reached his ceiling in Atlanta. He'll go somewhere else and be an all star, but it just won't work here. They have to trade him while his value is still high.
