Toronto's pick to Houston in the deal is top 3 protected next year, top two protected the next two years, and top 1 protected the next two years. Between now and then Houston will get a Toronto lottery pick. Unless the Raptors make the playoffs or get the #1 pick the next five years.

Basically the Raptors have to make the playoffs for 5 straight years, or get a top 2 pick for 5 straight years, otherwise the Rockets get the pick.

that is a pretty serviceable starting 5 especially since you would have three guys who have been waiting for their chance.
