Dwight opted in for one reason: supposedly the Magic gave him an ultimatum right before last year's trade deadline, either sign the opt in (along with the supposed promises or whatever he claims they told him) or the Magic were trading him to the Lakers for Bynum. Rather than risking doing that, Dwight being the feeble mind he is panicked and signed the opt in, making it impossible to control his own destiny.

• Wizards sign AJ Price. Maybe he'll get a chance to show what he has got with consistent PT even though he will be 3rd on the depth chart behind Wall and Mack.
• AK-47 will return to the NBA this season. Which no one knows for sure. Nets interested.
• The Magic have "focused on persuading (Dwight) Howard to remain in Orlando," sources tell Alex Kennedy of Hoopsworld. What a joke.

I know some people love them, but I was never a fan of any of the "big logo" unis from the 90s. Too much going on with some of them for me. The Suns jerseys are not bad though, same for the Bulls' pinstripes.

i love these old school "big logo" jerseys.. it makes them different from the normal, boring red/white/blue, that so many teams have.. pistons, sixers, nets, bullets/wizards, clippers

Honestly Dwight + his team are a bunch of idiots.

Honestly even if he had a "deal" that the magic would trade him, what the **** could the magic do to make "moves" or make him want to stay? their Salary Cap Situation is terrible, they have no trade assests and By firing their GM / Coach are being set back because now your dealing with a Rookie GM, No Coach and a FO that is making all the moves now.


Dwight didnt want to be seen as a bad guy, thats why he signed that deal, which is ******g ******ed because now hes viewed as a ******g idiot whos a bad guy.


Shouldve just **** and walked this off season and all this would be over, He isnt lebron and this isnt Nike that they can take on this bad press and deal with it.


Orlando feels like these "offers" werent good enough? i cant wait till the trade dead line when they are pressed into a corner and the Lakers, BK, Houston, Etc..... are laughing.

If he goes to Houston hes not staying, hes not gonna sign that extension there and be part of the houston rockets and be a 4-8 seed for the next 5 years.

Hes not going to La La Land because Bynum isnt going to sign an Ext with Orlando, so it doesnt work.

Only way he ends up with In LA is if Cle jumps in, and is Bynum going to resign with Cle?

So now back to square one, He goes to BK for Lopez / Humps, but now they are stuck with Hedo/Jrich instead of getting rid of them when they had a chance.

Either way Orlando is ******.
