Kinda a general question, but does anyone who buys mesh sneakers notice a difference as far as like mesh or suede as far as like durability? Do they tear easy or anything with a bunch of wears? Just curious because I think all I have is like leather or suede or synthetic materials.

mesh doesn't crease as much (miUSA) and they're more breatheable, light.

NB 247 Mid. I don't hate the shoe, not my style personally and I actually think they look fly on feet. IMHO, though, NB seems to be trying wayyyy too hard to jive with the boost crowd. These look like a straight rip off of those Ultra Boost mids.

no issues here with nb trying to stay relevant. gotta mix in a pop hit among the hardcore sh** or else, they'll cease to exist. my co-workers don't understand why i wear dad shoes but they praise the 247s

Guys, need a price check on 1500 London Cabs. Do you guys think $250 shipped from UK is a fair price? I honestly have a hard time justifying the purchase because I originally scored a pair off of eBay for $190 shipped (although it was the wrong size).

I think that's fair at this point. I've had a hard time tracking down a US 11.5.

Word? Price was originally 165 GBP. With today's exchange rate plus cost of shipping that comes right around to $250. I'm just sooooo dang stingy but the London Cabs are too good.

The 1500s are cool and that is a decent price for such a limited pair. UK 11 is a tough size to find a lot of times. Would instead love a pair of the women's 991 in that pack

I think it's a fair price, paid more or less that for my size 9 not too long ago, and that was without shipping.
I believe they won't get much cheaper than this tbh, only if someone is really lucky. The pound is low right now, and stock will eventually dry up. Do it!

Nice. Been thinking about a pair myself. I always liked the Asics GL 3 "Lumberjack" and these have that vibe to them. I like the flannel/plaid, plus I've been wanting to try A 585.

Love the CW. Much like the CNS, Its superb! The flat laces are soft, spongy and elastic, much like the beach shorts laces. Comes with a rope lace which i hasn't try yet but doubt it look as good as the flat.

Well, damn. These just became a must cop. I already have a pair of CNS, but I have a feeling these will be getting more wear. This colorway really compliments the silhouette.

Really liking these. So how does this model fit? I've never tried it before

Fit the same like 574 rf. For the model i own, it fit the closest to the 585 B&B.
It has a much narrow toebox than 998 & 1500, slightly than 997. Overall it feels softer than the rf, probably the material used. Toebox length is slightly longer in length (need to sacrifice for my bunion )Below is my sizes for the different model.
I am slightly wide footed, with a prominent bump at the big toe joint.
997 - 8
998 - 7H
1500 - 8H
585 - 8 (should get 8H)
574S - 8H

Edit: I'll be wearing this for a while, in a bit. Tomorrow for the entire day. Will update on the overall comfort.

If you showed his photo to 99.9% of the people on the planet their response would be along the lines of...."yeah so?" or "and?" LOL!

Clearly this is an issue of some and just lurking on the back pages of the AM topic I can see that there is a segment of the sneaker lover community that this matters MUCHO.

IMO...You can't let the small things bother you in life. The NB1 with suede lets me make dope kicks how I want them. I now look at a GR and think....nawh with a code I can make MY shoe for $175ish or less. A dope pair of shoes makes a guy/gal feel like a million bucks!! When you get that "hey nice sneakers!" from a random person...is there a better feeling? NOBODY in the "real world" is EVER going to say...oh man that puff toe is horrible! hahahah!!

True Story: I was meeting some homies for lunch in Boston and some HS kids were waiting to cross the street, the usual Jordan 13s, 8s, a few girls with AF1 and NMD. I had my purple Cuban Linx NB! and one of the girls pointed out my kicks and one kid wanted to check out the material and ducked down to feel the finery of the fabric! hahahah!! The best part? The best part 100%...one of the kids asked me which HS I went to and if I knew some random Asian kid form his school that rocks NB too!! I'm almost 40!!!

It made my day!!!

I know different strokes for different folks. Again only my thoughts.

I used to have like 60,000 points but some of the points expired.
