Grey 990s were MUCH more limited than these and the other 990 CWs...
Today...
Yes they were but the wagon on NBs also has grown exponentially over the year. If these 997s released last year you could sit around and collect them on the discount like the navy's or black 990s early last year. Today people are hawking them quickly even at the 200 price point.
