Speaking of Palace 991s, a few sizes of the brown in small sizes are up and almost an FSR on the other colorway on their site.

Customer service is decent , I'm sure they sent you the receipt , send the pair you do not want back with said receipt (they have all the instructions there also). Email them also. You should be good.

was looking them up online and saw alot of horrible stories that people posted on the trustpilot site.
i did send them an email already about the issue.
